Instructor & Asst. Competition Team Manager
Sara Barile was born and raised in Greensboro, NC. She began her dance training at the age of two at Nan’s School of Dance. She also trained at Artistic Motion School of Dance and Weaver Academy High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
In May of 2019, Sara received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from The Ohio State University primarily focusing in performance, choreography, and health & wellness. During her time at Ohio State, she performed with choreographers from around the world and choreographed original dance works.
Sara is currently teaching at Dance Lakewood while continuing to explore her interests in somatic practices and Physical Therapy.
